The tracking details will be provided to you at the point of shipping. In the case that your order hasn’t arrived or there are any issues with the product, you must contact us at info@pulpnoise.com within 30 days.
Shipping terms may vary depending on your location: from 7 to 30 working days.
Efficiency does vary between different countries’ postal services. International customs can also hold up a package and in these cases it is unfortunately out of our control.

Customs and Import Duty Charges
